  This car rental agency was close to home and well priced. Very friendly agents, found ways to save me money on rental. Gave me a very reliable car. Unusual though, the vehicles were adorned with accessories that young urban youth would appreciate and we felt a little awkward driving as middle agers. A few of our adult friends gave us a little tease. But the car worked great and the price was right, and that's what matters.

  Found a great 5 day rate which was awesome. Friendly staff. Wish they would stock cars that you requested online. Upgraded to a Ford Escape which was very nice. If u have everything you need to rent there should be no issues. In and out in less than 10min . Love the unlimited km.

  My wife and I rented a car here for our honeymoon trip to Salem/Boston and the service we received was exceptional. We went into the store to let them know we were here for our rental and as it turned out they didn't have it back yet... What I thought initially might turn into a big disappointed turned into a huge bonus as they informed us that due to the fact that it was our honeymoon they wanted to gift usca free upgrade to any vehicle in the lot at no extra cost to us. So we essentially paid for a versa and got a brand new Silverado.

  I really like this group of sales men and women. They really go the extra kilometer to get you the car you want. Stick to your guns if you want to pay what you ordered though, they like to up sell (not intended as a bad thing). In some cases, I would have been able to get a much better deal if I wanted to wait for them to up sell rather than book online. So you can sometimes use their enthusiastic encouragement to get the better car to your advantage.
