  Today I visited Collins Nissan and was looked after by Mr. Timothy Biggs. He explained everything which the technician had done and then went on to give me very helpful advise and recommendations. Mr. Biggs was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My opinion is that he's like that will every customer. He made my visit there very pleasant and his whole attitude was to treat me as if I was his only concern. Truly glad to have dealt with him.

  Christopher was wonderful. He talked to my husband to find out what our needs were. My husband has some mobility issues and everyone that we dealt with was understanding and helpful eg. meeting with us downstairs instead of going upstairs. Christopher worked on our deal on his day off along with Derek, who was also great. They found us a vehicle that we could afford and that fit our needs. We are very pleased with the entire experience and staff, any staff that saw us said hello and asked if we needed anything. Great job!

  From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was treated like a VIP. Domenic went over all of my many questions and found the right car for what I wanted. I got a great deal on my Altima and I couldn't be more happy with the car. Krista in Finance was great at outlining my options and did a great job of finding the right fit. Steve did a great job getting the car ready for me.

  I loved working with Misty on the financing details when leasing our new car. She was very informative and didn't push and plans on us, just tried to understand what would be valuable to us and explained those options. We would work with her again without hesitation. Domenic was excellent to work with. We told him what we needed from our vehicle and he directed us to the 2 best options for us. We gave him our budget and he worked to get the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. He was honest, straightforward and easy to deal with. We've bought and leased a lot of cars over the years and I would work with Domenic again in a heart beat. One of the bestcar shopping experiences I've had recently!!!

  I recently purchased a Nissan from Collins Nissan - I'd have to say they made buying my vehicle a pleasure. Every single person in the dealership greeted you with a smile and a hello, and would even stop to chat if they had the chance. René was personable, friendly and spent a good deal of time with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted for the best price, and that I was happy with the vehicle I chose. The customer service level is nothing less than impressive. Misty from finance worked with me in-dept to make sure I had the coverage and everything I needed for the vehicle while keeping my payments comprehensive. Great experience overall, happy to be a part of the Nissan family.
