    Connie was annoyed when I changed my mind on what vehicle I was purchasing. She said to me "you have got to be kidding me" when I asked her for a quote on another vehicle. So unprofessional. I told her not to bother since my business was an inconvenience. Horrible service

    Worst brokers to deal with! So many errors made even when I provide information in writing (VIN number, vehicle model, dates, address change). No advice on insurance products. Renewed automatically at higher amount without notice. I was paying more for insurance on one vehicle than my friends and family pay for two vehicles and house combined with the same driving record and no previous claims. Switching asap. Save yourself the trouble.
